Learnerships and Apprenticeships

• Learnership is a work based learning programme that leads to an NQF registered qualification. Learnerships are directly related to an occupation or field of work, for example, electrical engineering, hairdressing, project management, etc.

• Apprenticeships combine theory, practical work and work place practice in a chosen trade field, and in the case of a listed trade ends in a trade test and an artisan certificate of competence.
